Working alongside the largest equipment suppliers in the industry, we've formulated several strategies to complement your existing facilities gear and cooper
infrastructure with state of the art engineering approach that's specifically designed to work within the confines of a wide range of engineering budget and platforms.
Typically, Background Studio Services performs an in-depth advanced consulting survey that includes face-to-face meetings with Engineering Management at your
location. Working alongside you and your staff we then evaluate your current plant flow and equipment elevations and address your vision of the end product system.
We then suggest an approach to help you achieve a smooth changeover scenario into existing or new control room/ engineering space. Once we have formulated a
plan, we then work with you to design a solution that becomes a fully documented package that introduces your changeover solution into a hybrid or "piggy back"
system. All the drawings and documents are approved by your department, and it is at this time that we typically address special distribution needs that may be typical
only in your scenario.
Once approved, we pre-build and test your entire system at our facility in Los Angeles. If desired by the client, we make the entire system available for you to inspect in a proof of performance working demonstration so that there are no surprises when the system arrives at your local station. Upon delivery, BGI provides location Project Management, Engineering Support, and full Integration Services until your staff is trained or for as long as until your new infrastructure comes on-line.
The mission of the temporary/changeover system is to provide turn key engineering infrastructure that utilizes as much of the clients core system as possible to reduce costs while providing a rental scenario that is based upon deeply discounted nationally negotiated with facilities vendors. Background Engineering also offers full integration services of complete systems, and comprehensive consulting services if you are upgrading within your staff.
